Like many of you, we here at Koffee Day Spa are monitoring the outbreak of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and the impact it is having on the world. We want to ensure you that KDS is taking this very seriously and will act accordingly to ensure  that your safety and our KDS employee safety remains top priority.

We have used, and will continue to use disinfectants utilizing bleach and an EPA solution to clean and disinfect the surfaces used during and areas surrounding our spa services..

Until this virus is under control, KDS will limit our daily guests to ensure proper time to properly disinfect the areas utilized between guests to better control the environment at KDS. We have asked all guests to wash their hands and to use our sanitizer before completing any forms. At this time, we will not touch or perform services with hands to reduce the risk of transmitting the virus.

We do ask if you are sick or feeling ill, to please postpone your visit to the spa until which time you are feeling better. We will not perform any services on anyone with fever or who looks unwell.

KDS typically has a 48 hour cancellation/reschedule policy. PLEASE NOTE: We will honor 24 hour cancellation/reschedule requests until March 31st, 2020 due to the City of Dallas being under emergency. We will resume our 48 hour cancellation policy on April 1, 2020 unless otherwise stated.
